Glory tried out and got a part in the local summer production of A Midsummer Night's Dream (she played Philostrate - the wedding planner). No surprise that she had a great time and was loving every minute of it. One thing I can say is that for those of us who have sat through the various attempts at theater the kids school has made over the years (although very well meaning and certainly heartfelt), this production was quite entertaining by comparison. No, it was not Broadway, but they did actually manage to get a real laugh a few times. Of course, we loved getting to see Glory in all her Glory and appreciate the passion she brings to everything she does.
