I have no shame

Yes, I am willing to expose my foyer after being snowed in for 2 days with 8 kids (we've adopted 2 of our favorite friends who were more than willing to get snowed in with us).  This is what 16 gloves, 16 boots, 8 hats, 8 snow pants, 8 coats and a few goggles and scarves thrown in look like when they are soaking wet and piled in a 5' X 8' space (approximately).

And this is how they got there

Now, I ask...was it worth it?

Well...Yes!

And when you consider the warm reward waiting, there's really no question at all!

Momma's, thoughts. It is truly one big storm for Oct. Yes that’s what to do in this sit-chi-ation. I've been up to my rear just trying to get my car out. It seems like fun. Doesn't everyone love a day like this. I have been trying to knit my rat tail. Just about got her done. Love Momma

Looks like a lot of fun! It's sooo nice to have
the house that everyone wants to be snowed-in at. A testament to how you have raise a great group of young people. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Hola from Mexico! Guess who!

Aw man, I wish I could have a snow day! It never gets below 70 degrees here. I can't wait to get home for some good old fashioned American hot chocolate.

Miss you guys!

Hola Jena,
We're so surprised to see you still speak English! We're sending you good wishes and look forward to hearing all about your adventures when you get home! It won't be long now!
Did you say 70 degrees? - just be quiet!

What beautiful grandkids I have. I remember what winters and kids in and out 50 times a day was like and wish I could have a snowy day back when my kids were young. I love you all so much.
