After my own heart

Maybe it’s not flattery, but more like a sense of comradery that produces joy when our kids show an interest in something we love. The girls have all shown an interest in photography and this has only been heightened since I have become more focused with my photography. Maddy is in the photography club at school and she is doing a great job! Here are some of her shots (along with some of Glory’s who is doing a pretty great job herself). It doesn’t hurt that their subjects are so stinking cute!! (yes I’m biased, but you’ll probably agree with me)

They're just a couple of girls after my own heart and I'm pretty sure they're even better than I am, certainly better then I was at their age (another little nugget of truth - the great joy of watching your children become greater than you ever dreamed of being – a “next generation” thing)
