Say CHEESE

Am I dreaming? I have always loved photography, especially taking pictures of my kids, but I have to pinch myself to think that it has become something people would actually pay me to do. I have often thought over the years about what marketable skills I could offer the world, and after carefully considering my vast experiences and knowledge (college graduate that I am), the best I could come up with was cleaning houses.  For those who know me, you know what a stretch that was!

Sometimes it takes a tiny push from others who can see us in a little more positive light than we see ourselves…Sometimes it takes a shove, but once I caught the momentum, I still can’t believe I’m actually doing this. I also know there has been some divine intervention – not that I deserve it all that much, but it has been a great testament of how well the Lord knows us and how much he wants to bless us and I am thankful for that!

Our last family picture was taken when we were in St George and Eli thinks the baby in the picture is him. We didn’t have the heart to tell him that it was Gracey - he wasn’t even a twinkle in our eye, but needless to say we were looooong overdue. We decided to give our own family pictures a try (Wayne Maddy a tripod and Me) and the kids were excited for me to post them so, here's a few…

This picture is my all time favorite and I can't stop looking at it!  Those are our kids!!  WOW!
