The kids needed haircuts! Although I love the reckless youthful look of long flowing locks, it was getting a little out of control. The girls (and Eli) and I went to a local park to get some pictures of the before – Maddy brought her camera too and we had a regular photo shoot.

Needless to say we are all gorgeous now (including Wayne and Gable who went later in the day, but not including me who probably needed it more than anyone – I’m still sporting the graying roots and frizzy mess on top of my head because I haven’t figured out how to work a hairstyle in the humidity yet!).
