She's so cute I can't stand it! As Wayne and Glory gear up for their 12 year old trip (just a little late), the discussion on the best place to go has come up several times. Since the kids get the choice to go anywhere in the world they weigh their options very carefully. Gable, the first to embark on a special adventure with dad, chose to go to Mexico with fishing and food. Maddy, looking for a more cosmopolitan flair chose to spend a week in New york with Broadway and food. Glory is choosing to go a more tropical route and will be headed to the south Pacific very soon for sun and food. 
As the other kids anticipate their time alone with Wayne many suggestions are floating back and forth - Italy for Zoe?? No, maybe it will be Paris. Being the mom, I can't help imagining all kinds of horrific scenarios my children might encounter if they go abroad and so I have been thankful for the more domestic choices so far (although Mexico was a little disheartening). After carefully considering all of her options, Gracey has made her choice.....

I'm from Kansas and there are some really cool places you can go to, but since I'm from Kansas City, I vote you go there. What a fun tradition! Maybe we'll have to institute that in our family...
